Take time for yourself by caring about your appearance. The feminine naturally equates to beauty and graciousness so by taking care of yourself by doing your hair and makeup is not only an act of love to yourself but to those around you also. Sometimes there's times in life where i don't feel like getting ready or dressing up but it's important to treat everyday like  a beautiful occasion and dressing like the woman you want to become. Once you look and feel like the woman you know that you are that's when you start to attract everything positive in your life and everything of high value. Love yourself first before you love someone else.

Learn how to ask for help and allow yourself to receive it. The feminine is open to receiving love, support and care so by giving up control you prevent yourself from feeling burnt out and overwhelmed, allowing you to harness a gentle spirit.

Learn how to receive with grace. When someone gives you a compliment say thank you, learn how to accept good things that come into your life. Learn how to accept compliments, gifts, acts of service, generosity, because by doing this you can learn how to stay on the receiving mode instead of always being stuck on the giving. Receiving can look different to everyone and may not always be materialistic. Receiving can mean in knowledge and what we are giving to ourselves which is why practicing self love and days where we take care of ourselves is so important because it allows us to receive love from ourselves. Be grateful when receiving love so when a man comes into your life it becomes natural. 

Learn more about what your value is as a woman, you are a luxury. The right woman will increase the value of a man, giving a man your time, presence and beauty is so special and such a privilege. 

Nothing that is meant for you will ever pass you by... once you believe this, you will stop chasing and setting expectations. Once you become at peace with this you will attract everything and be able to let go of all of your past traumas and pain..

Start listening to your intuition, it's the one most powerful gifts we have as women. Trust your inner voice and try to find the balance between loving and supportive but strong with boundaries.  

 Be comfortable with being emotional, see it as your superpower not your downfall. Suppressing and holding all those feelings in and not letting yourself process them so that they get locked into your body can cause them to manifest through mental health so be comfortable with being emotional. Emotions are energy and want to move, new energy can flow once you let it all go. Allowing yourself to feel every single emotion is feminine energy and it's beautiful and part of life. 

The most beautiful gift a man can give you is safety. The safety that he provides for you to unfold and tune into your feminine energy, to your vulnerable side, your soft side is crucial. If you do not feel safety in your relationship you will never be able to drop into your feminine energy. Until you feel safe your guard will always be up. To feel safe in a relationship is somewhat subjective but also very objective. When a masculine is consistent, honest, reliable,  knows how to communicate, his actions match his words and he makes you feel like a priority, then he can truly be in his masculine and you can be in your feminine. This will then create a balance polarity, that's when true alchemy and true beauty of a relationship can take place. Make sure you don't overlook this one thing.

Work a lot on your posture. Carry yourself like you want to be seen. Wherever you go, remember, you belong there just as much as anyone else.  

Keep your hands and feet well kept. Nail polish or gel nails are not a requirement but it doesn’t hurt. Colours like nudes and different shades of pinks are perfect and ultra feminine, but white and red are also perfect. i personally love a french manicure!
